For the legal community, Delta Collision Consulting and Training will strive to provide thorough case reviews and reconstruction services that match the professional legal services provided to their clients.

Case Review - $800.00

A case review is limited to evaluating an investigation conducted by a law enforcement agency or other entity to determine if there are any flaws or oversights in the investigation or to verify if the investigation methodologies were applied within acceptable protocols. The case review may also serve to show the investigation/reconstruction was conducted properly.

Reconstruction - $1,500.00

A reconstruction is conducted by applying accepted methodologies to answer specific questions about contributing factors that may have led to the cause of a collision. Methodologies include, but are not limited to, momentum analysis, vehicle damage and energy relationship (CRUSH) and time/distance analyses. If and when necessary, a visit to the scene of the event may be required to acquire measurements to recreate the scene. Delta Collision Consulting and Training will not arrange its findings to suit the needs of a client.

2D or 3D Simulation - $60.00 p/h

A simulation will be generated using the Visual Statement Edge FX program or ARAS 360HD. Generating a simulation is the client's option.

Report

A thorough and concise report will be prepared for the client, which will include references to any diagrams provided to or prepared by Delta Collision Consulting and Training and/or photographs provided to or taken by Delta Collision Consulting and Training. The report is included with every Case Review and/or Reconstruction.

Travel Reimbursement

Travel expense reimbursement includes full recovery of:

  • Round trip airfare to a location (if necessary)

  • Lodging

  • Per diem for meals

  • Rental vehicle and fuel (if necessary)

Lodging and per diem rates are determined by what is allowed as shown in the most current information provided on the website for the U.S. General Services Administration.
